Detection of tumor or cancer stem cells has changed the understanding of the ontogenesis and allowed to offer prospective directions of anti-cancer therapy, specifically aimed at the destruction of tumor stem cells. It is considered that this cells population is similar to normal neuronal stem cells and is responsible for recurrence and regrowth of high-degree malignance gliomas. Tumor stem cells express a protein SD133 + which is their specific marker. The ability to migrate from the tumor and infiltrate the brain parenchyma, the high degree ofchemo- and radioresistance, as well as inducting of proliferation of abnormal cells in immunodeficient animals induces a special interest in studying of tumor stem cells and the development of new approaches in the therapy of patients with cerebral gliomas. It were showed the examples of their practical applying for the creating the diagnostics and therapy tools for malignant tumors. It was concluded that aptamers are perspective biopharmaceuticals and on its basis it is possible to provide means of diagnosis, therapy and targeted delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic agents to tumor cells in the brain. Evaluation of hypolipidemic effect the sesquiterpene у-lactone grossmizine at the experiments in vivo on the model of acute hyperlipemia induced by Triton WR 1339, and in vitro on cell culture hepatoma HTC. Materials and methods. The model of hyperlipemia, caused by Triton WR 1339, is characterized by a sharp increase of triacylglycer- ols in blood serum and total cholesterol mainly due to the increase of cholesterol in proatherogenic fraction of low-density lipoprotein. Results. Hypolipidemic effect of grossmizine on the background of induced by Triton WR 1339 hyperlipemia, as a preparation of comparison fenofibrate, is manifested by reducing the content of triacylglycerides and pro-atherogenic cholesterol in low density lipoproteins in blood serum, as well as reducing the number of triacylglycerides and cholesterol in the liver of rats. Conclusion. In the experiments in vitro grossmizin, like comparator product gemfibrozil, reduces the lipid content in the culture of hepatoma, and also prevents the increase of lipids in it during the incubation of the cells with the fat emulsion lipofundin. Determination of the prospects of application the functionalized by DNA-aptamers magnetic nickel nanodiscs with gold coating for targeted cell cancer surgery. Materials and methods. As tumor model was used Ehrlich ascites carcinoma. Theoretically and experimentally were investigated the structures of the magnetic field of permalloy and cobalt disks Au-Fe (20) Ni (80) -Au and Au-Co-Au. Results. It were executed the estimation of the mechanical impact of nanodiscs to the cell membrane in an alternating magnetic field. It was determined the optimum composition, geometry and structure of the residual magnetization of nanodiscs. Experimentally in vitro and in vivo for Ehrlich ascites carcinoma was showed the use of functionalized DNA-aptamers three layer Au-Ni-Au nanodisks with dipole structure of the residual magnetization for address destruction of the target cells. Conclusion. On the basis of theoretical calculations and experimental data, it was concluded that nanodiscs Au-Ni-Au, with magnetic properties, can be used to develop new methods and products for minimally invasive cellular nanosurgery that allows targeted and dosed destroy only tumor cells, including metastasis. Analysis of ventilation disorders in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), depending on the presence of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Materials and methods. There were examined 32 patients with COPD (I group), 30 patients - with COPD combined with OSAS (II group). Were done SAT-test, spirometry, cardiorespiratory monitoring, calculation of apnea / hypopnea index (AHI). Results. In group II, an average score on the SAT test was 39% higher, was found lower saturation (Sp02), than in patients with isolated COPD. In patients with COPD combined with OSAS was revealed severe form of hypoxemia, a significant decline in FEV1. Conclusion. Criteria were established the criteria for predicting of ventilation disorders in these patients, the main indicator is YAG. To study the association of polymorphismpromoter gene IL-lfl (+3954) with chronic adenoiditis (CA). Materials and methods. The study included 317 children with CA and 88 healthy children as control. Analysis of polymorphism gene IL-lfl in locus 3954 was conducted by the polymerase chain reaction. Results. Between the groups of patients with CA and healthy children there was statistically significant difference in the freguency of the genotype С / T gene IL-lfl in polymorphic locus 3954 (p = 0.001, OR = 1,52). In the group of patients with CA dominated genotype C/CgenelL-lp (+3954) (p = 0,024, OR = 1,73). Conclusion. The association with the C allele of the gene IL-lfl (+3954), probably, predisposes to high synthesis of the same cytokine, and to the occurrence and progradient current CA. The development of rapid and highly sensitive method for assessing the content of free acrylic monomers in the removable dentures of basic dental plastics. Materials and methods. Investigation of the impact of ethanol of varying concentrations (40%; 70%; 95%) to samples of domestic and foreign plastics in different time periods: 1) from 1 to 5 days with locking indicators excreted free monomer (methyl methacrylate) in meg/ ml every day; 2) from 30 minutes to 3 hours with fixing indicators every 30 minutes. Results. Extraction of monomers 40%, 70%, 95% ethanol concentration for a day or more to samples of all kinds of plastic give proof of exceeding the maximum permissible concentration (MFC) of methyl methacrylate in all samples. Rapid extraction of monomers 40%, 70%, 95% by ethanol made it possible to determine the optimum extraction time and ethanol concentration. Conclusion. It is found that the number of release free monomer (methyl methacrylate) reaches a higher limit values and one hour after exposure to the plastic sample by 95 % ethanol. To study the presence of alexithymia among medical students belonging to three groups of dispensary. Materials and methods. The study involved 307 students. The level of alexithymia was determined by the scale of the Toronto alexithymia scale (TAS, G. Teylor). Results. It was revealed a high proportion of various degrees of alexithymia among students belonging to the second and third groups of dispensary registration. Conclusion. It has been established that the presence of alexithymia radical in the structure of the person, not only in the representatives of the second and the third group (with a history of chronic disease), but also in healthy group of respondents makes them the risk group of psychosomatic diseases.
