Voyno-Yasenetsky Krasnoyarsk State Medical University; Madfingerman@narod.ru Annotation Disorders of physical activity in patients with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT) can cause disease progression and decreasing time of disability, however, is treatable through regular physical activity. For keeping the physical activity of the patient with CMT it is important to understand how he “sees” the barriers and motivators. Therefore, we tried to systematize the supposed barriers and motivators in the physical activity of patients with CMT. It was conducted tn electronic search in 4 English (Medline, PubMed, ClinicalKey, Springer) and one Russian-speaking (e-LIBRARY) databases. We have included peer-reviewed journal articles in English and Russian languages, published from 1 January 1990 to 30 August 2014, devoted to physical activity in patients with CMT. The searches found 68874 citations, 35 full articles were restored from them. The most common barriers were lack of motivation, environmental factors (eg, transportation), health problems and disorders associated with CMT. The most common motivators were social support and daily tasks at work and at home. This review will promote the development of medical and social and habilitation activities aimed at removing of existing barriers, and at the same time, based on the patients most important motivators, will be the basis for increasing and maintaining of physical activity in patients with CMT. Voyno-Yasenetsky Krasnoyarsk State Medical University; mailto:zdoctorp@mail.ru Annotation The aim of the research. To establish the basic causes and conditions of postoperative recurrence of kidney stones and ureter. Materials and methods. Was done biochemical analysis of blood, urine and remote concretions of 160 patients with urolithiasis. The chemical composition of concrements was detected by ion chromatography and infrared spectroscopy. The Results. The chemical composition of primary stones the urates and vevelits are prevailed, when in recurrent urolithiasis is increases the content of struvites and apatites, that should be considered during the postoperative metaphylaxis of urolithiasis. Conclusion. It was established that vevellits and veddellits may go out independently, can destroyed during distant lithotripsy, are removed endoscopically. Urats undergo by lithotripsy and removed independently during stone casts out therapy. Inf ected stones are removed by traditional open surgery. To evaluate indicators of three-dimensional bone mineral density (BMD) by quantitative computed tomography (QCT) in women of Kemerovo region at different age periods. Materials and methods. The study included 346 women. Was conducted quantitative computed tomography of the lumbar vertebrae. The Results. Peak indicators of three-dimensional BMD in examined individuals were corresponded to 20-29 years old, accounting: L2 -158,4 mgCa-HA / ml, L3 -156,9 mgCa-HA / ml, L4 -165,1 mgCa-HA / ml. The number of cases of osteoporosis by QCT after 60 years was significantly higher than the frequency of detection of this disease by X-ray densitometry. Conclusion. Estimation of daily dynamics of the indicators variability for temporal analysis of heart rate (HRV) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in the preoperative and early postoperative period of coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Materials and methods. Were examined 38 patients with coronary heart disease aged from 42 to 71 years old. HRV was assessed by 24-hour ECG monitoring conducted before CABG in the 1st and the 8th day after CABG. The Results. In the preoperative period in patients with ischemic heart disease was observed ratio of the temporal analysis of HRV during wakefulness and sleep, which is characteristic for healthy individuals. In the 1st and the 8th day after CABG was observed decrease in parasympathetic effects on the myocardium at night, more pronounced in patients with left ventricular aneurysm. Conclusion. The revealed changes of autonomic balance in patients with coronary artery disease may be relevant to the treatment of patients in early period after CABG. To reveal the ethnic characteristics and severity of biomechanical compensation in children-Europeoids and children-Khakases with cerebral palsy. Materials and methods. Were examined 107 children diagnosed with cerebral palsy, including 45 Khakases and 62 Europeoids. All children were manually tested. The Results. Were found differences in the degree of biomechanical compensation in children-Europeoids and children-Khakases with cerebral palsy. Conclusion. In children-Khakases with cerebral palsy the distribution of somatic dysfunction on dlinnik spine, dominates the lower crossover syndrome. Children-Europeoids have hyperkyphosis more often in the thoracic spine and pelvis oblique. To compare personal characteristics of patients with newly diagnosed infiltrative tuberculosis and with a combination of HIV / TB. Materials and methods. With the help of R. Cattell personality questionnaire the study was conducted in 40 patients with infiltrative tuberculosis and 35 patients with a combination of tuberculosis and HIV infection. The Results. Reliable differences were obtained on the scales of the questionnaire characterizing conformity, the severity of emotional reactions, confidence, strength, intelligence level. Conclusion. Patients with co-infection, in contrast to patients with tuberculosis only adapted to the nature of their disease and due to problematic status of "HIV+" learned to hide their emotions. These patients are self-confident, insensitive to social approval, have low self-esteem, logical thinking and mental abilities. It is necessary to monitor compliance with medication and perform explanatory conversations. To conduct a retrospective epidemiological analysis of the incidence of tick-borne encephalitis (TBE) in the Krasnoyarsk region. Materials and methods. Analysis of morbidity TBE was based on a study of 6326 cases (general set). The Results. It was revealed that during the period 2003-2012 morbidity TBE on 100 thousand of population in the Krasnoyarsk region ranged from16,34 ± 0,75 (2010) to 33,67±1,08 (2004) at average 23,1±0,92 The dynamics of TBE in adults and children in the Krasnoyarsk region has a moderate downward trend Tsn=-3,35%, p 0,001). It was found that the activation of the epidemiological process begins in May, peaking in July and ends in September and lasts for a whole 5 months. Conclusion. Epidemiological process TBE in the Krasnoyarsk region is characterized by high morbidity, intra-cyclical with the spring-summer period of highest risk of the disease, mainly affecting the adult and children aged 7-14 years. Annotation The aim of the research. To analyze the piloting screening of hearing in primary school pupils in Tajikistan. Materials and methods. Screening tests were carried out in a group of 143 children in primary classes in two schools in Tajikistan (Dushanbe). Screening tests were conducted using the "The platforms of researching the sense organs", based on audiometric procedures for determining the threshold of audibility. For positive results of the survey was taken the threshold of audibility 25 dB or more for, at least, of one frequency in, at least, one ear. Also was given a subjective assessment based on questionnaires for parents. The Results. The positive results of screening, in accordance with the criteria were obtained in 23.8% of the surveyed children. 24 children (70.6% of all cases of hearing disorders) were aimed for additional examination.
