To form a title page of a manuscript, the author must specify the data first in Russian, then in English (for articles in English it is not necessary to create a title page in Russian)

The title of the manuscript should contain up to 12 words, including the main keywords. An abbreviation and formulas can not be used. It must be written in capital letters, without hyphenation, in bold, using left alignment, single spacing, 14 font.

The surnames of the author and co-authors without the indication of academic degrees and positions are located under the title of the article.
