Voino-Yasenetsky; eyshumn@gmail.com Annotation In the treatment of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) the priority is primary percutaneous coronary intervention (pPCl) during the first 12 hours from the beginning of the disease. However pPCI efficiency outgoes other treatment strategies only when the patient admitted to the angiolaboratory in 60-120 minutes from the first medical contact. If there is a time delay before entering the patient the priority may be given to pharmaco-invasive strategy (FIS) of the treatment. The article presents an analytical review of studies that compare pPCI and FIS. This complex of neurorehabilitation effective manipulations includes CI therapy for upper limb, CI therapy for the lower limb, children's CI and CI therapy at aphasia. The intervention is based on the concept of “learned non-use" - the mechanism that is started by a violent activation of impaired function. CI therapy promotes the development of the brain plasticity that correlates with its therapeutic effect. Keywords: CI therapy, rehabilitation Reference List: 1. Materials and methods. We used epidemiological and statistical methods. There were determined such statistical quantities as indicators of frequency and structure of the phenomena. Assessment of the dynamics of the processes was carried out along with the standard format of linear graphs using trending reaching the best indicators of the level of approximation. Results. Specific immunoprophylaxis carried out in the framework of regional target programs for vaccineprophylaxis allows to reduce in Krasnoyarsk Region the morbidity of tick-borne encephalitis by 6.4 times in children aged 7-14 years old. In the age group 0-6 years, where vaccinations are carried out only by the parents, the incidence of tick-borne encephalitis is not significantly changed. Conclusion. Immunizing of children against encephalitis that carried out in the framework of regional target programs has reduced the morbidity of tick-borne encephalitis in children aged 7-14 years, from the index 46.1 0/0000 in 2000 to figure 7.2 0/0000 in 2014. Vaccineprophylaxis against tick-borne encephalitis in the Krasnoyarsk Region since 2011 is included in the regional calendar of preventive vaccinations, which will gradually increase the coverage of immunization and stabilize the epidemic situation in the region. To study the frequency and structure of cardiac conduction disorders (CCD) in the populationof Arctic. Materials and methods. There were examined 348 people of both sexes aged 20 years old and older, randomly selected. All participants performed an electrocardiogram and Holter ECG monitoring (HMEKG). Results. The most frequently registered an incomplete right bundle branch block (BPNPG), other blockades were rare. Conclusion. The inhabitants of the Arctic have incomplete BPNPG very often. Other disturbances of cardiac conduction (DCC) have mainly older age groups. In men more often than women was identified sinoatrial block (SAB) and atrioventricular block (AVB).
