To assess the influence of gene polymorphism CYP1B1 Leu432Val to the level of bone mineral density in women of Russian ethnic group living in the Kemerovo Region. Materials and methods. There were studied the bone mineral density, polymorphism CYP1V1 Leu432Val, as well as the concentration of malondialdehyde in blood plasma. Results. The individuals with polymorphic variant Val / Val gene CYP1V1 level lumbar spine BMD was lower compared to individuals with genotypes Leu / Val and Leu / Leu (p = 0.02). Conclusion. The obtained data can be used in a complex prediction of osteoporotic changes and stratification of patients for bone densitometry. To determine the change of the level of circulating endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) in patients with hypertensive disease (HD) II-III stage, compared to healthy volunteers. Materials and methods. The study involved 20 patients with essential hypertension stage II-III and 10 healthy volunteers aged 40 to 70 years old. The lymphocyte fractions obtained from venous blood samples, was carried out immunocytochemistry by method of combined staining (2 antigens coexpression analysis, immunofluorescence variant), confocal microscopy of preparations was carried out using a microscope Olympus FV10i (Olympus, Japan). The cells were counted in 10 fields of view with magnification 600-6000 (due to optical and digital zoom). EPC were identified as CD31 + CD133+ - cells. Results. It is found that the relative amount of EPC is increased in patients with stage III of HD compared to healthy volunteers (p = 0.01). It is also found that the relative number of cells expressing CD31, statistically significantly higher in patients with stage III of HD compared to healthy volunteers (p = 0.005). Conclusion. In patients with hypertensive disease in comparison with a group of healthy volunteers is increased the level of EPC in the peripheral blood. To study the expression of CD38 and CD157 molecules in microglial and astroglial cells in the olfactory bulbs. Materials and methods. Modeling of AD was performed with intrahippocampal administration of beta-amyloid in CA1 zone of rat brain. Expression of the markers was studied with indirect immunohistochemistry. Results. We found elevated expression of CD38 and CD157 in microglial and astroglial cells suggesting the role of NAD+- converting enzymes in the progression of neuroinflammation and neurodegeneration. We have studied the development of neurological deficits in rats subjected to perinatal hypoxia or early life stress. Materials and methods. The study was conducted in Wistar rats of both sexes at the age of 1-120 days with the experimental models of early life stress and perinatal hypoxia. We assessed neurological dysfunction using the Neurological Severity Scores (NSS), cognitive deficit in the «Morris water maze». Statistical analysis was done with the T-test. Results. We found significant changes in the physical development in both the experimental groups associated with neurological dysfunction at postnatal day 7 after hypoxia or postnatal day 14 during early life stress. Further progression of cognitive dysfunction was evident in hypoxic or stressed rats up to 42 day of postnatal development. Conclusion. Early manifestations of neurological deficits, alterations of physical development and cognitive function are the characteristics of the perinatal hypoxia action whereas postponed development of neurological dysfunction marks the early life stress effects on brain development. To study of enzymatic and chemiluminescent activity of blood neutrophils in patients with severe and moderate course of community-acquired pneumonia. Materials and methods. The study involved 48 patients with moderate severity of pneumonia and 40 patients with severe degree on the 1st day of hospitalization. Lyutsigenin- and luminol-dependent chemiluminescence of neutrophils was studed. Using bioluminescent method were studied the activity levels of NAD (P) -dependent dehydrogenases in neutrophils. Results. The level of "respiratory burst" in neutrophilic granulocytes was increased in patients with pneumonia. Only in patients with severe pneumonia in the cells was increased the intensity of the terminal reactions of anaerobic glycolysis and the tricarboxylic acids cycle. Conclusion. The violations of the metabolic mechanisms that determine the intensity of the "respiratory burst" of neutrophils in patients with varying severity of community-acquired pneumonia, determine the need for a pathogenetically substantiated therapy aimed at restoring of the basic metabolic processes of phagocytes and their function. To study the morbidity of febrile seizures (FS) in children of Zabaikalsk Territory from 200 to 2013. Materials and methods. Has been done the retrospective analysis of the register data of patients with epilepsy and convulsions of children age (FS and isolated seizure) of Zabaikalsk Regional Antiepileptic Center (ZRAC) for period 2004-2013. Results. FS morbidity in Zabaikalsk Territory increased from 0,08 (26 cases in 2004) to 0,95 (277 cases in 2013) per 1000 children population from the opening of ZRAC. The frequency of FS cases in the register structure of children with epilepsy and convulsions increased from 5,69% in 2004 to 17,7% in 2013. FS were prevailed in children from 1 year 1 month up to 3 years old. The ratio of frequency FS cases among boys and girls varies from 1,2:1 to 1,4 : 1 without statistically significant ratio. Morbidity of FS significantly didn't differ among children living in Chita and in the regions of Zabaikalsk Territory. Conclusion. FS morbidity in Zabaikalsk Territory in the period 2004-2013 varied from 0,08 (26 cases in 2004) to 0,95 (277 cases in 2013) per 1000 children. To develop and validate the system of medical care that allowed to decrees the frequency of post¬operative complications and letality among patients with spread peritonitis. Materials and methods. The research base was choosen the surgical department of BUZ Altai Republic "Respublican Hospital". It was examined 2585 medical cases of patients with peritonotis of different etiology, severity and prevalence, 628 (24,2 ±0,017%.) of them had spread form of peritonitis. The results. For achieving the main goal, there were studed the results of the patients treatment with failure of the small intestine anastomosis - 44 patients (81,5±5,4%), that were distributed into the groups. In the first group the sourse of the peritoitis was removed (anastomosis was resected), abdomen was sanitized and sewed tightly, in the seconsd group the abdomen wall wasn't sewed and there were superimposed the laparostomy. Conclusion. The developed and investigated method of obstructive resection of intestine with laparostome and programmed sanitasing of abandom in patients with spread peritonitis helped to dicrees the letality from 56,0±9,9% to 21,0±9,3% and frequency of post-operative complications from 68,0±9,3% to 37,0±11,2%. To study the clinical and laboratory CUP manifestations on the background of the treatment with ozonetherapy using quantificational scales SOS-HP and SPS. Materials and methods. The study included 306 patients with CUP aged 22 to 35 years old, the age group of men of the first period of mature age and living in Krasnoyarsk. Results. After complex treatment of CUP with general and local ozonetherapy has been achieved symptomatic improvement, to reduce the intensity of pain, to reduce dysuric disorders, to improve sexual function and quality of men's life. In addition, the patients marked the increase of blood flow in arteries and veins of the prostate, reducing the size of the organ and its volume, improved reproductive and hormonal status, complete elimination of STIs. Conclusion. Using general and local ozonetherapy in the complex treatment of CUP can achieve significant clinical and instrumental improvements. All of the women not using oral glucocorticoid therapy. Results. When comparing patients with COPD of FEV1 values, bone mineral density (BMD) of the forearm (spoke-bone), T-test of the arm were significantly higher in patients with asthma and in women without pulmonary disease (p<0,05). Cases of fractures were more common in patients with COPD (p<0,05). There were no significant differences in rates of osteoporosis in patients with asthma and without lung disease. Conclusion.
