To study the influence ofrs1800470 polymorphism of gene transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-f1) on the predisposition to developing of asthma among inhabitants of Krasnoyarsk. Materials and methods. Genomic DNA was separated from 10 ml of venous blood by phenol-chloroform extraction. Single nucleotide polymorphism was tested by polymerase chain reaction in real time in accordance with the protocol of the manufac¬turer (probes TaqMan, AppliedBiosystems, USA) on the apparatus ABI7900HT. The group of patients with bronchial asthma -108 persons, the control group - 282 people. Results. When studying the distribution of genotypes rs180047 gene TGF-f1 were not found statistically significant differences between the patients with bronchial asthma and the control group. And just for a group of patients with non-allergic asthma was shown the absence of rare gomozigotGG (odds ratio (OR) - 0.88, 95% confidence interval (CI) - 0,84-0,92, p = 0.023). Conclusion. Perhaps this carrier state genotype can be considered conditionally as a protective factor against the development of asthma. To verify the data is planned to increase test groups. To conduct the comparative analysis of cytological and chemiluminescent markers of phagocytic cells of the bronchial washout at inflammation of respiratory tract in patients with bronchial asthma (BA) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Materials and methods. The study included 117 patients with bronchial asthma (BA) under control and 53 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in phase of aggravation of the disease under the age of 75 years old. In the fluid of bronchial washout were studied cytological and chemiluminescent indicators of phagocytic cells. Rating (CL) of chemiluminescence was carried out on chemiluminometer (Russia). Results. In cytological examination of bronchial washout fluid in patients with COPD was revealed significantly higher level of neutrophils in contrast to the eosinophilic inflammation in asthma. It was found that spontaneous CL activity of phagocytic cells of the bronchial washout in patients with COPD is different from the same in patients with asthma and healthy persons. Conclusion. The study of cytology the bronchial washout fluid and chemiluminescent activity of phagocytic cells improves the quality of the differential diagnosis of asthma and COPD in cases of combined pathology. In contrast to monotherapy the effect of using the combination of cyclophosphamide and cAMP was in prolonged regres¬sion C-45 on 70.6% of the original volume 80% of cases. Conclusion. Was found cAMP signaling role in succinate-dependent effects of stimulation the energy supply and forming antist-ressor types of integral adaptive reactions of the organism. Evaluation of structural and functional state of the myocardium of the right ventricle in patients with bronchial asthma (BA) of moderate and severe degree. Materials and methods. Were examined 204 patients with BA of moderate and form during an exacerbation and in dynamics 12 months later without exacerbation of the disease, 40 persons were in the control group. All patients underwent spirometry, body plethysmography, echocardiography. Results. Were established the relationship between the functional state of the respiratory tract, lung volumes structure and mor-phofunctional characteristics of the myocardium of the right ventricle in patients with asthma. Conclusion. Parallel to asthma severity is progressing diastolic dysfunction of the right ventricle. The changes in morphometric parameters, diastolic dysfunction of the right ventricle myocardium are connected with lesions of small tracts in asthmatic patients with moderate and severe forms. Nevertheless, we have no systematic evaluation of right ventricular function. This is partly due to the great attention to the assess¬ment of left ventricular function, insufficient number of methods of ultrasound diagnostics, which can be used in the assessment of right ventricular function, small number of normative data in the assessment of its size and function. To define the clinical defeat markers of the musculoskeletal system and patterns of cytokine response in chronic relapsing course of Ixodes tick-borne borreliosis. Materials and methods. The study included 121 patients with musculoskeletal system defeat. Levels of cytokines - interleukin-ip, interleukin-4, interleukin-8 was determined by ELISA using test systems produced by «Vector-Best» (Koltsovo, Novosibirsk Region). Results. Artralgic variant of joint damage was detected significantly more often than arthritic. In most cases, the pathological process involved the knee joint. Cytokine response was characterized by an increased synthesis of interleukin-1^, interleukin-8, and decreased of interleukin-4 production. Conclusion. Borrelia arthritis more often proceeded latently and were diagnosed by the results of ultrasound examination of joints. In every third case the defeat of musculoskeletal was accompanied by polimialgic syndrome. Study the parameters of cerebral blood flow in 100 patients with chronic cerebral ischemia was performed ultrasound duplex scanning of brachiocephalic vessels. Materials and methods. Patients were divided into 2 groups according to the treatment, and effectiveness was evaluated in specified intervals: on the 20th day, in 3d and 6th months from the beginning of the treatment. Results. The established changes in cerebral blood flow were primarily of angio dystonic nature and were associated with vertebrogenic influence on the autonomic innervation of the brachiocephalic vessels. Conclusion. It was revealed that the most effective results were in patients who have received, among the standard neurometabolic therapy, manual therapy course with joint and soft tissue techniques. The aim of the study was the assessment of restoration possibility of advanced hand activity using the sensorial glove. Materials and methods. 43 patients have taken part in research. In addition to a standard course of rehabilitation, patients in the interventional group were trained with the use of sensorial glove, during 40-60 minutes a day, within 2 weeks. Results. Statistically significant improvements on the Motor Assessment Scale level, and also indicators of daily functioning were noted after the treatment course. (Mann-Whitney U Test, p <0,05). Trainings with sensorial glove have considerably increased the motivation of the patient on recovery. Conclusion. In follow up period it was noted the statistically significant improvement of hand activity and level of daily function¬ing in the group of patient, receiving rehabilitation with the sensorial glove. To study the relationship between insulin resistance and anxiodepressive disorders (AD) in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). Materials and methods. Were examined 87 people of 30-60 years old with metabolic syndrome and AD. Results. Were established the following factors associated with the formation of AD among patients with metabolic syndrome: stress (death of relatives), loneliness, and family history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus type 2. Analysis of insulin resistance by index Homa-IR showed that in patient groups with the metabolic syndrome and anxiodepressive disorders was the significant increase of insulin resistance in comparison with a group of patients with the metabolic syndrome only (p <0.05) Conclusion. To develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the electronic manual on theme «Basics of Anesthesiol-ogy» in the course of general surgery. Materials and methods. It was prepared electronic textbook using the programmes Adobe Illustrator CS4 and Adobe Premiere Pro CS4В. To evaluate the effectiveness it was made a questionnaire, respondents were students of 2 and 3 courses - 90 people. Descriptive statistics of the results are presented as arithmetic means and standard deviations. Results. In assessing the structure of the program the maximum mark students gave to understanding the material (4,97±0,15) and the structure of Flash-applications (4,93±0,21). Conclusion. In the process of implementing an educational tool in teaching practice it was revealed its stimulating effect to study the subject, as well as opportunities to optimize the learning process.
