It is presented the review of contemporary foreign literature from 2010 to 2012 by theme Endodontics molars of the maxilla. Were reviewed the problems of the successful use of computer technologies in definition the anatomy of the root canals and endodontic treatment of root canals. Were given the results of studies the cleaning ability of modern dental tools and technologies for the treatment of root canals in the maxilla. Were discussed outstanding issues of modern endodontics and expert recommendations.

The paper provides information on the isolation and culturing of progenitor cells of the central nervous system of the rat embryo, the possibility of using the neurospheres derived from this cell type, for directed differentiation into astrocytes and neurons with cytokines, growth factors in various concentrations and combinations.

Has been done the analysis of the relationship of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) rs1333049 and rs10757278 locus 9r21.3 to the development and clinical features of myocardial infarction (MI). It was revealed statistically significant association of genotypes/ risk alleles rs1333049 and rs10757278 with MI. The odds ratio (OR) for myocardial infarction in carriers of one or two risk alleles rs1333049 was 1.84 [ 95 % CI: 1,37-2,48 ] and 1.57 [ 95 % CI: 1,18-2,11 ] respectively. There were no associations of genetic predictors with such myocardial infarction characteristics as the presence of segment ST elevation, pathological Q and localization of myocardial infarction. At the same time, among patients with myocardial infarction with ST- segment elevation homozygous genotype CC rs1333049 was significantly associated with the severity of the patients condition on admission, assessed on a scale of GRACE. Thus, the odds ratio of high and moderate risk of death in a hospital in carriers of rs1333049 CC genotype was equal to 1.79 [95 % CI: 1,12-2,86 ].

It was conducted investigation of sensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid ( ASA) by the method of impedance aggregometry in test in vitro in 39 patients with hemorrhagic stroke. It was shown that only 50% of patients with hemorrhagic stroke hypoaggregant action ASA in vitro corresponds to a similar decrease of aggregation under the influence of the drug in healthy individuals. During cluster analysis in 57.9 % of the patients was revealed hyperaggregation, while it was shown the effectiveness ASA in vitro test and in 42.1 % of patients was revealed initial hypoaggregation. In 23 % of patients comparative sensitivity to ASA was defined as high, that increases the risk of hemorrhage. The data showed that the results of the test with ASA in vitro can be used for self-correction therapy at hyperaggregation to prevent the formation of foci of ischemia, and at hypoaggregation to avoid repeated hemorrhages.

The study involved 265 children of 7-10 years old of both sexes: patients with functional dyspepsia without disturbing the motor function of the stomach and in combination with gastroesophageal or duodenogastric reflux. The control group - nearly healthy children. It was found that in children with functional dyspepsia combined with motor dysfunction of the stomach the stable heart rate provides as the self-contained contour of regulation (mainly sympathetic influence) so the central contour of regulation. The relation between these levels is different in different clinical variants of functional dyspepsia, that is also confirmed by the results of the factor analysis.

Pharmacokinetics in the solubilized CoQ10 in composition of Qudesan solution at intramuscular and intravenous injections (10 mg / kg ), including the dynamics of content in the heart and the liver was studied on Wistar rats during 48 hours. Determination of CoQ10 in biological samples was performed with the help of HPLC with coulometric detection. The dynamics of the plasma concentrations of CoQ10, injected intravenously, is satisfactorily described by monoexponential function (R2 = 0,994). The absolute bioavailability of solubilized CoQ10 at intramuscular injection was 17%, when administered inside - 0.3 %. Parenteral injection provides increasing and prolonged maintenance of high levels of CoQ10 in the blood plasma, heart and liver. The results confirm the prospects of development of parenteral dosage forms of CoQ10 for use in the treatment of acute cardiovascular conditions.

Based on the analysis of the results to assess the physical status of the Eastern Siberia population from the common list of indicators were identified the biomarkers that we evaluated as indicators of physical health. It is presented a list of biomarkers for assessing the physical status of the person depending on the period of its ontogenetic development cycle. It was developed the classification of biomarkers for their subsequent use in the studies.

There were studied the correlation links 'before' and 'after' dietary exposure between the percent rates of lipid fractions of blood lymphocytes in girls of 16-20 years old of different constitutional types . In all the groups there were common patterns common to both "before" and "after" dietary exposure. Negative correlation links were found between the total phospholipids and cholesterol esters, between cholesterol and its esters, phosphatidylcholine easily oxidized phospholipids (phosphatidylethanolamine (PEA), phosphatidylserine (PS), phosphatidylinositol (PI) in blood lymphocytes. In the group of subathletic somatotype it was found the maximum number of correlations mainly with cholesterol and its esters, it allows to suggest that girls of subathletic somatotype are distinguished by specific processes concerning the exchange of cholesterol in the cells.

It is presented the analysis of the skin melanoma morbidity in male and female population of the Krasnoyarsk region over the period from 1996 to 2009. It was given the assessment to the dynamics of standardized and age-specific indicators and the level of morbidity according to the sex and life period. There were calculated the cumulative risk, the overall growth and average annual rate of increasing the morbidity of skin melanoma. It was done the component analysis of skin melanoma morbidity in male and female population of the Krasnoyarsk region.

To the regularity of the fluorography examination has the greatest influence age, labor unemployment and level of education. The highest proportion of people with regulated time of the fluorography examination are in pensioners and persons with high education, and between violating - unemployed people of working age. Irregularity of fluorography examination is due to careless attitude to health, work busy, self-confidence. It was done the conclusion about the need to consider the data in the planning of the fluorography examination and in health education to motivate the population to its regular examination.

It was conducted epidemiological examination among 1,134 employees of Mining and Chemical Combine (MCC) at the age of 40 years and older. The prevalence of COPD in the MCC workers was 4.3 %. Among the studied COPD risk factors (smoking, sex, age, occupational hazard) the smoking should be considered as a key factor. Influence of low doses of radiation has no effect on the formation of COPD, and coal dust increases the aggressive effects of smoking. The early stages of COPD are not diagnosed in time.

Was conducted complex examination of 54 patients with inflammatory bowel disease. Crohn's disease was diagnosed in 19 patients, in 6 of them the pathological process was localized in the proximal small intestine.
Was presented a low-symptom variant of stenosing form of Crohn's disease at jejunum in a 20 years old woman.

It is presented the analysis of gender-specific course of psoriasis in patients with malabsorption syndrome. The disease is more severe in women, it was manifested by the larger number of complaints pointing to the defeat of the intestine, the presence of intestinal lesions symptoms, higher rates of PASI scores, and low indices of the small intestine absorptive function.

The study involved 44 patients , the average age of the patients - from 33.5 to 36.1 years old, with a peptic ulcer disease (PUD ) in combination with chronic hepatitis B (CHB ) in acute - 24 patients, with a diagnosis of PUD in acute - 20 patients and a control group - 20 healthy donors. Was examined the state of microcirculation and tissue structures of duodenum (DU) in its ulcerative lesions in combination with chronic hepatitis B and the state of the immune status. At peptic ulcer disease with chronic hepatitis B are marked deeper disorders of immune status, morphometric parameters of the mucous membrane KDP, microcirculation, which depletes the organ adaptive capacity and promotes expressed tissue destruction.

Investigation of the biliary fistulas structure and the possibility of active bile aspiration through nazobiliar drainage in the treatment of this disease of hepatobiliary area was conducted in 74 patients (the study group and the comparison group didn't include patients with full block of hepaticocholedochus) from 15 to 70 years old. The proposed measures for improving stability of the nazobiliar drainage and drainage efficiency allowed to reduce the level of repeated using of drainage systems. Nazobiliar drainage with active bile aspiration can improve the effectiveness of endoscopic treatment of biliary fistulas.

The study included 59 female patients with infertility and confirmed diagnosis "genital tuberculosis" completed the basic course of etiotrop specific anti-TB treatment. According to the study were allocated two groups: 29 female patients, that had therapy in 2011-2012 and received in the complex pathogenetic therapy Longidaza (study group), 30 female patients who received combined treatment in 20092010 without Longidaza (control group).At the patients of the main group body temperature decreased more often to normal levels, the stopping of intoxication, the restoration of the menstrual cycle, pregnancy.

Observation of children with critical states in newborn period against the background of congenital heart defects has established that combined therapy with the use of the drug prostaglandin E1 provided the ability of transporting the patients to the surgical department, early surgical correction and one-year survival rate of 81.6 % of patients compared to 53.8 % in group of patients that didn't get PGE-1.

Diverticular disease of the small intestine is rarely encountered pathology, is diagnosed usually only in the development of complications, therefore, is of great interest to surgeons.

The article presents the results of the main indicators of socio-economic characteristics of patients with arterial hypertension (AH) - 211 elderly people, 107 older patients and 108 patients of middle ages resulting by the sociological survey. It is concluded that there are a lot of patients who live alone, also that more qualitative treatment get the patients living with children and grandchildren.
It is found that most patients are satisfied with the level of medical care provided to them. Thus, more than 2/3 of elderly patients and % of old patients believe that health care should be only free, at the same time, about 50 % of the patients have to pay for the treatment of hypertension.

The effectiveness of the health care system has an impact on key macroeconomic and demographic development of the country.
