Asthma is a multifactorial disease, in its formation are realized the obvious effects of the interaction between the genetic basis of disease and environmental factors, and such combined effect leads to the chronic inflammation and the variability of the phenotype. The review focuses on the genes cytokines, that play a key role in the immunoreactive processes in asthma.

The review is devoted to the problem of postoperative complications after direct myocardial revascularization. Was elucidated prognostic significance of inflammatory factors, estimated by level of C-reactive protein, dyslipidemia and also contribution of polymorphisms of genes encoding them: CRP and ApoE in the development of cardiovascular complications in the coronary bypass surgery.

In a review based on an analysis of literature are discussed the issues of frequency and nature of traumatic maxillofacial injuries, social and hygienic characteristics of the victims, are summarized the shortcomings in the organization of emergency and routine specialized care and the proposals of improvement the care.

It was studied the distribution of genotypes and alleles of the gene CCR5 chemokine receptor and constitutionally-morphological phenotypes in the group of patients with asthma, their relatives, and in the group of healthy controls. The study was conducted on the material of 62 Russian families of patients with bronchial asthma (total 232 people) citizens of city Krasnoyarsk. It was found that the polymorphism gene CCR5 chemokine receptor in the coding area is associated with allergic asthma and is an important component of genetic predisposition to asthma. In patients with bronchial asthma, the greatest number of correlation refers to the fat component of body weight. Taking into account that we have found the association of asthma with genotype II gene CCR5, there is a reason to believe that fat dimorphism is a factor contributing to polymorphism of the gene responsible for the development of allergic asthma.

The analysis of the relationship of nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) rs619203 (6q22) gene ROS1 and rs499818 (6p24.1) with myocardial infarction (MI). The group of patients with MI (n = 243) and control group (n = 280) was not statistically different by gender, age, history of hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, overweight and obesity, abdominal type of obesity and smoking. It was revealed statistically significant association of genotype CC rs619203 (6q22) gene ROS1 with the development of MI as in the main group, and in the separate gender analysis and the presence of family history. CC genotype rs619203 (6q22) gene ROS1 can be considered as a genetic predictor of myocardial infarction, independent from both the "traditional" risk factors, and the availability of family history.

A total of 114 patients with hypertension of 1-2 stage were examined. Was surveyed endothelial vasomotor function of the patients, was determined the number of desquamated endothelial cells by the method of J. Hladovec, echocardiography surveys left ventricular mass. Determining the threshold of taste sensitivity to salt was carried by a modified method of R. Henkin. In 75 patients was detected a high taste threshold for salt, 39 - normal. In patients with a high threshold of taste sensitivity to salt was observed more severe endothelial dysfunction and greater frequency of left ventricular hypertrophy.

The paper presents the results of a study of the reaction of anterior abdominal wall tissues to the implantation of natural and synthetic polymeric material. It is well established that the implantation of polypropylene mesh prosthesis with the polymer coating of the wound on the base of collagen-chitosan complex it is noted more favorable for wound process.

The paper presents the results of the study the state of the metabolic processes in blood lymphocytes in adolescents with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). It was revealed that in blood lymphocytes decrease in dehydrogenase activity levels that determine the intensity of anaerobic and aerobic energy, lipid anabolism. In patients with the development of reactivation of the pathological process in dynamic observation, usually changes the activity of glutathione reductase (in the group of 10-15 years old the enzyme activity is reduced by 83.6%, and those over 15 years old, on the contrary, increases in 19.8 times). In order to forecast the development of exacerbation of chronic hepatitis B in patients of 10-15 years old is possible to use a proportion of activity indicators G6FDG/NADN-LDG.

The article presents data on the prevalence of mycoplasma among patients with different pathogenic forms of asthma in the cities Krasnoyarsk and Kyzyl considering ethnicity. The high frequency of occurrence of mycoplasma among residents of Eastern Siberia, regardless of ethnicity.

On the base of a review of domestic and foreign literature in recent years is given the definition of the method cardiorhythmography, traced the history of the development of this method, are shown the rules of the study and its implementation, methods of analyzing the results of cardiorhythmography. This review presents examples of using the method of cardiorhythmography in different current research and results.

There were analyzed the results of a complex (pharmacological and non-drug, aimed at restoring the tone of cerebral vessels and normalization of cerebral blood flow) treatment of 196 patients with paranoid schizophrenia. Were given criteria for predicting the effectiveness of treatment and rehabilitation programs for the treatment of patients.

It was done a comparative retrospective-prospective study that included 318 patients with resectable middle and lower ampullar rectal cancer. Patients were divided into 2 groups. In the 1st (study) group (n = 202) was a total mezorektumektomy (TME), the 2nd (clinical comparison group, n = 116) - was used traditional blind selection of the rectum (SVPK). It was found that operations with using TME significantly reduce the amount of blood loss. According to the development of technology TME is reduced the duration of the intervention on the rectum and, in the end, it becomes significantly less than SVPK.

This paper presents the prevalence and structure of osteoporotic fractures in women with osteoarthritis according to the constitution. It was revealed that the prevalence and localization of fractures has constitutional features. Among women of mezosomic constitution in comparison with the women of megalosomic constitution are prevailed the vertebral fractures, and in women-patients of megalosomnic constitution - fractures of the forearm. Multiple fractures occur only in mezosomnic constitution.

The main morphological criteria of chronic endometritis is the presence of inflammatory infiltrates, consisting mainly of lymphoid cells and plasma cells with focal or diffuse nature of the location in the stroma and glands. Immunohistochemical study permit to assess the phenotypic endometrial cells, identify the number of cytotoxic cells, limiting the implantation of embryos and promoting the reproductive disorders, and determine the need for combination therapy.

It is presented retrospective and prospective analysis of the results of intensive therapy in 20 pregnant and postpartum women with HELLP-syndrome and acute fatty hepatosis. The disease had three variants: 1) severe preeclampsia with acute liver failure that occurred before childbirth, 2) preeclampsia of various severity before childbirth with to the development of acute liver failure in 4-8 hours after childbirth, 3) "hepatic" form (laboratory indices correspond to acute liver failure, and the clinic of gestosis had blurring (monosymptomatic) course.
It is shown that the complex intensive care allowed to ensure the survival of 70% of patients.

The relevance of the problem is determined by the high level of chickenpox, the omnipresence of the pathogen, increasing the proportion in the total infectious diseases, significant economic damage, inefficiency of implemented in practice prevention measures (isolation of patients, quarantine). During chickenpox the rash in adults are often massive, accompanied by fever, general toxic phenomena, severe itching. Despite the low level of chickenpox in adults, the risk of severe complications and even deaths is higher than in children.

Were examined 800 students of correction school at the age of 7-18 years old. At that students was revealed the frequency of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (CTD) and the structure of dentofacial anomalies and deformations (ZCHAD). It was found the association of a number of clinical and anamnestic indicators and external phenotypic features of DST to the anomaly of occlusion (AO) in children. It was determined the risk degree of the formation of occlusion anomalies according to the diagnostic value of the studied symptoms.

For children 7-11 years old with dysfunctional disorders of biliary tract (DRBT) and their association with giardiasis is usual the development of immune system imbalance, which is characterized by increasing of cellular immunity indices and decreasing the activity of humoral element of immune system. The nature and level of the changes depends on presence or absence the association of main disease with giardiasis. The most typical immune displays of DRBT are the increasing of the number of B-lymphocytes in the blood and reducing the concentration of Ig M and Ig G, DRBT in association with giardiasis is characterized by reducing content of activated T-lymphocytes. The clinical picture of the disease in children of 7-11 with DRBT didn't reveal the features, depending on the presence or absence of giardiasis.

The paper presents the results of roentgenometric analysis of 88 healthy hip joints (HJ) in children from 3 to 15 years old. The data were obtained using two roentgenometric techniques: Tikhonenkov-Chepikov-Pozovskiy (1984) and Volkov-Ter-Egizarov-Yukina (1972). Were developed the absolute and relative criteria of the anatomical viability HJ in children to assess the healthy joint and at its dysplasia.

It is presented a clinical case of a difficult differential diagnosis of undifferentiated (anaplastic) thyroid carcinoma. It is shown the importance of immunohistochemistry for morphological verification of a malignant tumor and determination of its organspecifity.

The report describes the clinical case of intestinal obstruction, caused by carcinoid tumor of the small intestine. This pathology is rare, and therefore is of great interest to surgeons. The report noted that the clinical picture of the small intestine carcinoid is very scanty, and the methods of diagnosis of surgical pathology give little information in this disease.
