The article presents a scientific review of published data showing the genetic determination of sick sinus syndrome, the definition of such pathology, describes the main symptoms of the disease, the genes that influence to the development of idiopathic sick sinus syndrome, their polymorphisms and role in the development of cardiovascular disorders.

It was conducted the analysis of published data about the role of thyroid disorders in the genesis of sexual disorders in men. It was discussed the influence of hyper-and hypothyroid states on gonadal function before and during the treatment. It was shown that thyroid hormones influence on the content of sex hormones and sexual function. The data has presented in a scientific review allowed to find rational approach to treatment of these patients.

In women with tubal-peritoneal form of infertility is often the pathology of endometrium and uterine cavity. The hysteroscopy, morphological and microbiological examination of endometrial biopsies allows to determine the volume of subsequent treatment and has positive effect on the pregnancy rate in IVF. But have not yet been resolved the questions about including hysteroscopy in the obligatory examinations of patients with tubal-peritoneal form of infertility prior to IVF. Although there is a lot of reliable data about the need for hysteroscopy to the patients with negative results after treatment by the assisted reproductive techniques.

This review presents the modern methods of treatment of infected septic wounds and also describes the benefits of each treatment method.

There were investigated the immunological parameters in patients with extensive purulent peritonitis (EPP). It was found that the state of cellular component of immune system at EPP is defined by decreasing in the number of T-, NK- and NKT-cells, but at increase in the content of Th2 - cells and B1-lymphocytes. The state of humoral immune system in the EPP is characterized by increasing of Ig A and Ig G. When the concentration of IL-1b, IL-6, IFN-у and TNF-a in the blood of patients with EPP is increased, the mechanisms of interrelation of cytokines of cellular and humoral immunity are violated, that seems to be associated with disturbances in the differentiation and maturation of cells of the immune system as well as the migration of cells in the area of inflammation.

In 76 patients with malignant lymphomas was investigated the initial system status of thyroid and glucocorticoid hormones depending on two factors - the variant of the disease (Hodgkin's lymphoma - HL or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, NHL) and age of the patient (mean age 16.9 years old - group 1 and 50, 1 years old - group 2). In patients with HL and NHL in group 1 was found mostly increased cortisol secretion (2.3-and 1.7 times) and 1.6 times reduced the level of circulating total T3 at increasing the concentration of its free form only in patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma . In contrast to younger patients in group 2, both variants of pathology were developing in the presence of alternate changes in total T4, increased concentration of free T3, significantly reduced (especially in patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma) level of free T4, as in group 1, hypercortisolemia.

The article presents information about the original way of diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome without ST-segment elevation and negative troponin T, using the dielectric Fourier-spectroscopy method. This method enables quick and cost-effective to diagnose acute coronary syndrome without ST-segment elevation, and promptly begin emergency care of such patients.

The paper presents the data of pro-oxidant and antioxidant status research by chemiluminescence method in 26 children with acute pyelonephritis in active stage and in 30 healthy children from 1 year old to 17 years old. At the first days of antibiotic therapy were revealed increased activity of pro-oxidant system with sufficient antioxidant capacity. By the 14th day of antibiotic therapy it was registered the worsening of oxidative stress due to not only of retained high activity of pro-oxidant system, but also the reducing of the antioxidant defense.

The purpose of research - the study of morphometric features of chronic gastritis in Mongoloids and Europoids of Khakassia. By method of esophagogastroduodenoscopy with biopsies were examined 127 Europoids and 132 Khakassians in rural areas of Khakassia. All participants were examined by morphological examination of the gastric mucosa. H. pylori were investigated by morphological urease methods, and defines IgG H. pylori and IgG CagA H. pylori.
The prevalence of atrophic gastritis prevailed in Europoids compared to Khakassians (in the antrum - 27.6% and 15.2%, p <0.01, on the greater curvature - 26.0% and 13.6% p <0.01). The detection rate of H. pylori was equally high in both populations and fluctuated about 90%. CagA strains of H. pylori were detected in 60.4% of Europoids and 36.5% of Mongoloids (p <0,001). In both populations in patients with CagA strains of H. pylori gastritis activity was higher in comparison with those without CagA.

This paper presents the characteristics of joint damage in women with a comorbidity of osteoarthritis (OA) and osteoporosis (OP) according to the physique. It was revealed that patients of mesosomic constitution significantly more common is combined lesions of the knee with small joints of the hands and knees, in combination with the first metatarsal-phalanx joint (I CFP), as well as isolated osteoarthritis of the knee. In the patients of megalosomic constitution dominates the combined lesion of knee and hip joints.

The paper presents the results of a study of frequency and structure of rhythm irregularities and cardial conduction in pregnant women in the third trimester. The data indicate a high incidence of arrhythmias in pregnant women in the study trimester. The most frequently registered are extrasystoles, migration to atrial pacing, right bundle branch block.

The purpose of the study. To study the influence of physical exercises in a free choice of workload on the cardiac hemodynamics in patients with CHF in elderly age. The study involved 122 patients with CHF. Patients were randomized into 2 groups: 82 patients, the main, they performed physical rehabilitation with drug therapy, the comparison group -40 patients who received only pharmaceuticals. All patients were examined: physical, TSHH, VEM and echocardiography. Hemodynamic changes in the groups considered as a whole and according to FC CHF. In patients with chronic heart failure after a course of physical rehabilitation improved contractile function of the heart, the morphometric characteristics of the ventricles, decreased VIVR of both ventricles, increased exercise tolerance. Therefore, bicycle training in treatment of patients with CHF of elderly age have a positive effect on morphology and function of both ventricles, and exercise tolerance.

Were studied the results of surgical treatment of 69 patients with uncomplicated infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm between 1998 and 2011. Acute circulatory disorders of the left half of the colon with gangrene of the intestine and peritonitis in the early postoperative period was occurred in two cases, reimplantation of the inferior mesenteric artery (NBA) was made in two patients, chronic ischemic colitis in the late period was detected in 12 of 40 examined patients. The complex of measures for the prevention of ischemia of the left half of the colon at resection of infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysms can prevent the development of ischemic complications.

The article presents data by frequency of occurrence of chlamydia among patients with different pathogenic forms of asthma cities in Krasnoyarsk and Kyzyl, depending on ethnic origin. Are discussed the questions of pathogenicity of chlamydia in the body as a whole.

It was studied the frequency, spectrum and the nature of primary drug resistance in mycobacteria, isolated from patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis, during the 9-year period. The increase of the frequency of drug resistance in Mycobacterium tuberculosis was in 1.4 times, and increase of resistance to more anti-TB drugs. The increase in the proportion of multi-drug resistance in 3 times. Based on these results was substantiated the necessity of changing the regime of chemotherapy to newly diagnosed patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis.

The report describes the clinical case of intestinal obstruction caused by carcinoid tumor of the small intestine. This pathology is rare, and therefore is of great interest to surgeons. The report noted that the clinical picture of carcinoid of the small intestine is very scanty, and the methods of diagnosis of surgical pathology provides little information in this disease.
