One of the important functions of mitochondria is to integrate the metabolic responses to one of the major signaling pathways-calcium signaling. In the membranes of mitochondria there exist specific mechanisms of Ca2 + capture and its release, violation of these mechanisms lead to dysregulation of cell homeostasis and its death. We discuss the main metabolic effects of GPR81 receptors activation, as well as alterations in their expression in some pathological processes. To search and study the association with sudden cardiac death (SCD) in the Novosibirsk population of ultra rare mutations D4301N (rs767084399) and I22160T (rs727505175) TTN gene identified by whole exome sequencing (Whole Exome Next-Generation DNA Sequencing) in cases of sudden death that occurred on unknown reason. Materials and methods. SCD Group was formed using the WHO criteria for sudden cardiac death and the European Society of Cardiology (n = 381, mean age 53,3 ± 8,8 years, men - 72.7%, women - 27.3%). The control group was chosen by sex and age from the DNA bank of international projects HAPIEE (Health, Alcohol and Psychosocial factors In Eastern Europe), MONICA (Multinational MONItoring of trends and determinants in CArdiovascular disease) (n = 377, mean age 53.1 ± 8,3 years, men - 68.3%, women - 31.7%). DNA extraction was performed by a phenol-chloroform extraction from myocardial tissue in SCD group, and venous blood in the control group. Genotyping was performed by polymerase chain reaction followed by analysis of restriction fragment length polymorphism by the original method. Results. Under the SCD and the control group were not found carriers of the rare allele A D4301N mutation and rare allele C with mutation I22160T TTN gene. Conclusion. Mutations D4301N and I22160T TTN gene is not associated with sudden cardiac death in the studied selection of suddenly died inhabitants of Novosibirsk. To study the role of single nucleotide polymorphisms of SCN10A and TBX5 genes in the development of atrioventricular block and bundle branch block. Materials and methods. Were examined 260 patients with idiopathic cardiac conduction disorders (71 patients with impaired atrioventricular conduction 1,11, 111 degree, 84 patients with right bundle branch block conduction disorder and 105 patients with left bundle branch block conduction disorder) and 263 persons without any kind cardiovascular diseases and risk factors (control group). All patients were performed standard cardiological examination to verify the diagnosis (clinical examination, ECG, EHOKS, VEM, HMEKG), a retrospective analysis of the results of previous exams (if any), molecular- genetic study of DNA (SNPs SCN10A and TBX5 gene, PCR method). Statistical data processing was carried out using the software package «Statistica 7.0». The critical level of significance during testing of statistical hypotheses was taken less than 0.05. Results. 1t was determined statistically significant prevalence of the homozygous genotype for rare allele GG TBX5 gene in patients group with conduction disorders on the left leg bundle branch block compared to the control group, as well as a statistically significant prevalence of the homozygous genotype for the common al¬lele GG SCN10A gene in the control group compared with patients with atrioventricular conduction disorder, and in comparison to the patients with a slowdown of the right leg bundle branch block. Conclusion. These data allows to suggest that the presence of genotype GG TBX5 gene increases the risk of idiopathic conduction disorders on the left leg bundle branch block. While homozygous genotype GG SCN10A gene plays a protective role in the development of idiopathic atrioventricular blockade and blockade of the right bundle branch block. To development of protocol test «Radial arm maze» with pre-habituation to environment for the evaluation spatial learning and memory in mice. Materials and methods. Mouse (line CD1,4 months, n = 10). Test «Radial arm maze» was used to evaluate the work and the long-term spatial memory. Results. There is a tendency to an increase in the average score of memory. This indicates of activation of the operational and long-term spatial memory during the entire test period (6 days). Conclusion. The results of the test «Radial arm maze» can serve as a complement to battery of the neurobehavioral tests for the evaluation cognitive impairment associated with the development of various diseases, such as neurodegeneration. To compare the results of the intra- and extra-departmental control and evaluate the organization of control the medical care quality in the consultative and diagnostic polyclinic. Materials and methods. The main parameters of the quality of specialized consultative and diagnostic medical care were assessed by adequacy, availability, continuity and continuity, effectiveness, efficiency, safety, timeliness, ability to meet the expectations and needs. As a method of objectively assessing were used the quality indicators developed in view of medical care. The results were compared with the results of the test the volume, timing, quality and conditions of medical care conducted by AO MCO "Nadezhda" in the consultative polyclinic of the Regional Clinical Hospital. Evaluation of the statistical significance of differences in rates was performed using Fisher's exact test (φ* - angular Fisher transformation). Results. Conducting internal quality expertise in a consultative and diagnostic polyclinic with the help of our developed quality indicators demonstrates the sufficient quality of medical care. Existing intradepartmental quality control system allowed us to determine the level of quality of consultative health care, to identify the causes of poor quality of the consultations by specialists and specific doctors for the purpose to apply the measures to resolve them. Conclusion. Quality indicators developed by us in view of medical care, are objective assessment tools, that is confirmed by extra-departmental expertise in the framework of the OMC. Formina a false aneurysm of the uterine wall after myomectomy during a subsequent pregnancy is an extremely severe complication, potentially dangerous for uterine rupture and the development of intraabdominal bleeding, antenatal fetal death and even maternal mortality. At deleting a large and deeply located in the myometrium interstitial myomatose node is formed a large defect in the uterine wall, which even with careful layered suturing it subsequently partially replaced by connective tissue. In the case of a subsequent pregnancy in tension uterine wall by growing fetus in place of removed node can be formed an aneurysm. In the present case the nature and scope of previous surgical interventions had important and defining meaning in the formation of uterine aneurysm (myomectomyof giant-sized nodes double on the back wall of the uterus, in one case - with the opening of the uterine cavity). This research is devoted to the method of magnetodynamic nanotherapy of Ehrlich adenocarcinoma tumors, based on the use of functionalized DNA aptamers of the magnetic nanoparticles, controlled by low-frequency variable electromagnetic field. During the experiments under conditions in vitro and in vivo it has shown that the functionalized magnetic nanoparticles, controlled by variable magnetic field, cause a necrotic tumor cell death. Thus magnetodynamic therapy is a unique targeted tumor surgery technology at the single cell level. At present, the main method of treatment of this disease is surgery. Operations on the stomach are accompanied by a high incidence of infectious and inflammatory complications in the postoperative period. As predictor it may be used indices of functional activity of blood neutrophils. It is found that after surgery at patients are reduced synthesis of primary and activates synthesis of secondary active oxygen species. The most significant predictors of infection were the area of luminol-dependent chemiluminescence in the preoperative period and the intensity of spontaneous luminol-dependent chemiluminescence induced by zymosan, after surgery. The multiplexed electrochemical biochips were made by PCB techn ology with topcover of immersion gold. Biochips have six working electrodes and are intended to immobilize six different aptamers. Using of multiplex approach allows to increase the sensitivity and reliability of the method of early detection the biomarkers at lung cancer in blood plasma. Voyno-Yasenetsky Krasnoyarsk State Medical University; Annotation Late diagnosis, tumor relapses and metastasis are the main reasons for the low level of survival in lung cancer patients. The main cause of relapses and metastasis is preservation of circulating tumor cells (CTC) in a blood stream, which are highly resistant to chemotherapy. A new method for the early diagnosis and treatment of relapses is the detection of CTCs. Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are minimally invasive source of tumor material topical for the early diagnosis and detection of resistance to treatment. At present portable light emission sensors (solid-state avalanche photomultipliers, Eng. SiPM) and microfl uidic technologies (lab-on-a-chip) make benefi cial combination for the creation of such devices. We have developed a related set of technical solutions (platform) and demonstrated its use on the example of microfl uidic chips for biotesting, that are based on th e bioluminescent system of luminous bacteria. This platform will be of interest to everyone who is planning to automate the methods relating to the registration of light within the concept of POCT (pointofcare testing). To improve the targeting of the impact are used various molecules having high specifi city, some of them are aptamers. The paper studied the effect of infl uence on the tumor the conjugates of gold nanoparticles with aptamers at laser exposure, as well as tumor cell death was assessed after using the conjugates of magnetic microdiscs with aptamers in a variable magnetic fi eld. The study showed the possibility of using the studied conjugates as agents of targeted destruction of tumor. The target for the selection of aptamers was postoperative tissue of people diagnosed with brain glioma. As a target for the negative selection and for assessment the specificity and binding affinity of aptamers to the target was used postoperative material of tumors non glial origin - meningioma and brain metastasis, and tumors of different localizations. Was designed a method for detection of CSC, CSC and apoptotic cells in the blood of patients. It has been shown that the sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy of detecting lung cancer using aptamers LC-17, LC-2114, LC-224, LC-29, LC-2107, LC-2108 with luorescence microscopy of lungs reached 78,95% 82,35% and 80.56%, respectively. Contents of circulating tumor cells and their derivatives in the blood of patients with lung cancer depends on the extent of tumor. It has been developed a method for visualization of malignant lesions in the lung macropreparations after surgery using the surgical fluorescent microscope. The disease is characterized by high metastatic activity: more than 30% of patients already have metastases at the moment of initial diagnosis, and yet 30% of patients with localized tumors, kidney disease generalization occurs after surgery. Definition of molecular biomarkers in cancer, aimed at the individualization of treatment, provides information on the speed of its growth, the ability to invasion and metastasis, resistance to chemotherapy, etc. Detection of EGFR gene mutations carried out for the selection of patients on therapy with low molecular weight inhibitors of tyrosine kinase. In this study, a comparison of distribution of different phases in the cell cycle with cancer cells in the urothelial CELL carcinoma and intact tissue. Has been found that most of the cells are in a synthetic phase. In tumor cells in G1- and G0-phase more, than in intact tissue.
