The review provides basic information about the structure of multimeric complexes (inflammasomes) responsible for inflammatory reactions in the body, connected with the activation of the cells and the cytokines secretion. The mechanisms of forming and regulating of the inflammasomes activity give an idea of the influence of internal and external mediators of inflammation to the response of the organism from both the immune and the central nervous system. A special emphasis in the review is placed to the features of inflammasomes expression in the cells of the brain neurovascular unit.

The review regards the articles that show the prospects of cancer diagnostics using the methods of determining the levels of circulating tumor cells in the blood of cancer patients. Are identified the main difficulties of detecting the circulating tumor cells using traditional methods and the advantages of microlluidic systems. Are discussed the main types of microlluidic appliances that can detect even single circulating tumor cells in the blood of cancer patients. It is noted that, despite the progress made in the development of methods for the detection of circulating tumor cells, microlluidic devices for the diagnosis of cancer is not yet implemented in the clinical practice.

The review gives the current information on the epidemiologic features of renal cancer in different countries of the world, Russia, Siberian Federal District, and the Krasnoyarsk Region. It was done a comparative evaluation of morbidity, mortality, 5-year survival rate in patients with renal cell cancer. Is given the characteristic of the main risk factors for the disease: demographic, genetic and factors, related to lifestyle.

It was studied the influence of early life stress to the behavior, neurogenesis and apoptosis of brain cells in adult rats of the Wistar. Were established the signs of intensification of processes of brain maturation in newborn, increasing the overall level of anxiety and emotionality, lack of interest to the new stimulus and forming of anxious-depressive behavior in the dynamics of post-natal development in rats undergoing stress in early life. It is shown that the observed behavioral reactions are accompanied by the development of disorders of neurogenesis and apoptosis in the cortex, hippocampus and amygdala of the brain.

Metals in modern conditions are the leading allergens the most of them are nickel, cobalt and chromium. Mechanisms of development of non-specific protective and immune reactions that occur during the penetration of metals into the skin, are still insufficiently investigated. To optimize the treatment of allergic contact dermatitis are reguired the methods that enhance the metal elimination from the skin. Recently, the properties of the natural biopolymer chitosan are widely studied. Chitosan derivatives combine low toxicity with high sorption activity to metals, have anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties. Further study of the pro perties of chitosan is of great interest and perspective in the treatment of allergic contact dermatitis. This article presents the results of the application of chitosan compounds to eliminate the nickel and cobalt from the skin of experimental animals. To determine the concentration the metals in skin was used the method of atomic-adsorption chromatography. It was found that chitosan compounds reduces the concentration of nickel and cobalt in the skin of the experimental animals.

The study involved 62 patients with essential hypertension (EH), in 32 of them was a combination of this disease with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (C'OPD), 30 - isolated EH. The control group consisted of 30 healthy individuals. Applanation tonometry with the pulse wave contour analysis using SphygmoCor (AtCor Medical) was carried out. In patients with the combination of EH and COPD it was found an increase in central systolic, central pulse and pressure of augmentation compared with isolated EH patients and the control group. Pulse wave velocity (PWV) in the group with comorbid disorders was 11.2 (9.9, 12.6) m/secvs8.6 (6.3, 10.4) m/sec (p = 0, 000033) in the isolated EH group. Were established regressive and direct correlation interconnection between PWV and the existence of COPD in patients with essential hypertension.

The purpose of research: studying of the clinical, picture, the state of the coronary bed and the level of N-terminal fragment of brain natriuretic peptide (Nt-proBNP) in different types of stable anginain combination with arterial hypertension (AH). Patients were divided into three groups of identical study design ACTION.
Echocardiography (echo-CG), coronary angiography (CAG), laboratory tests were done. Structural and functional state of the myocardium was changed more in patients with angina, complicated by the presence of cardiovascular events, they have the same as in patients undergoing percutaneous angioplasty revealed more severe defeat of coronary artery (CA). Nt-proBNP levels were not significantly different in the groups, but correlated with age, the degree of stenosis of the C A, the size of the cavities, ejection fraction (EF) and myocardial mass index (LVM) of the left ventricle.

Lipid structure of liver tissue and activity of enzymes in its cells, as hemostatic parameters, depend on the stage of chronic hepatitis В in children 12-16 years old. At the third stage of chronization in liver cells is reduced, compared
with the second, the activity of enzymes, mostly - connected with the reactions of synthesis. Changes of the lipid spectrum consist in reducing the amount of cholesterol and phospholipids in the cells and an increase of triacylglycerides. The correlations between structural and metabolic parameters of liver cells and indicators of hemostatic system reflect the dose relationship between the studied parameters in hepatitis B.

The purpose of the study - the research of the activity and correlation links NAD-and NADP- dependent dehydrogenases in peripheral blood lymphocytes in infants with recidivating obstructive bronchitis. Were examined 54 patients with recidivating obstructive bronchitis at age of 1 - 3 years old in the period of clinical remission. The control group consisted of 20 healthy children. The activity of NAD (P ) - dependent dehydrogenases in blood lymphocytes was studied by the bioluminescent method. In blood lymphocytes in patients with recidivating obstructive bronchitis was observed the activation of aerobic respiration, high operating time of ribose- 5-phosphate and NADP- dependent reactions of plastic processes, reducing of anaerobic lactate dehydrogenase reaction, reducing the role of malate aspartate shunt in energy of cell, decrease the levels of the anabolic reactions of lipids, transfer the products of lipid catabolism to glycolysis, are noted the inhibition of intermediates outflow
from the Krebs cycle in the reaction of amino acid metabolism, noticeably reduces the activity of glutathione reductase.

Presently, more than a half of the cases of syphilis occur in a latent, asymptomatic form and are detected only during serological examination of patients, more often raises the guestion of seroresistance. The using of constitutional approach in clinical medicine can construct a whole system of prognostic of this or that disease. In this article was revealed a definite dependence of the reaction dynamics of the microprecipitation from somatotype of women with, latent forms of syphilis and seroresistance.

Was analyzed the influence of factors, related to the professional activities (frequent change of place of work, job conditions, income of the whole family and income per one family member), to the risk of detection of pulmonary tuberculosis. Were identified the factors with the greatest impact on the risk of detecting the pulmonary tuberculosis in men and women; was established a connection of the given risk with the income level.

In the Omsk Region the morbidity of contact persons in the areas of tuberculosis from 2006 to 2009 was increased by 74.3%. In subsequent years, there was a decrease
in the level of morbidity - in 2012 the level of morbidity was 390.7 per 100 thousand of contacts. In the city Omsk, this index from 2006 to 2009 was increased by 344.2%. Later on, there was a decrease in the morbidity of contact persons in the areas of tuberculosis to 457.1 per 100 thousand contacts in 2012. However, based on the method of approximate estimation of the trend, the morbidity of contact persons in Omsk is not stable, and is committed to increase. All patients from the areas of tuberculosis infection in 2006-2012 in Omsk had a family contact with patients with chronic ТВ. The situation with the morbidity of contact persons in such areas requires the development of adequate individual preventive measures.

Tobacco use among teenagers is a serious public health problem worldwide. The prevalence of smoking according to various authors varies. In average by countries to 15 years old 24% of teenagers smoke. The negative conditions associated with a high prevalence of smoking among children and young people gives cause for research in this direction.

For the purpose to characterize the relationship of epidemiological factors and the morbidity of upper respiratory tract in children have been studied the effects of air pollution on the prevalence of hypertrophy of the pharyngeal tonsil. Was done a correlation analysis of the studied parameters on the example of the districts, opposite by the level of air pollution of the big industrial city. A district with extremely high level of air pollution substantially determines a significant increase in the prevalence of hypertrophy of the pharyngeal tonsil, that dictates the need of development of activities in primary and secondary prevention.

Were examined 58 male patients (average age - 64,4 ± 9,6 years) with COPD and arterial hypertension (AH) and without it, and 30 men (average age of 61,2 ± 5,3 years) with essential hypertension, who amounted to a control group. Methods of research: clinical examination, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM), anthropometry, spirometry, ECG, echocardiogram, etc
It is shown, that in the combination of these pathologies was significantly more frequent prognostically unfavorable daily profile «night-peakers», as compared with the control group suffering from, essential hypertension. It was also found that in patients with. COPD and AG as at the time of worsening of the underlying disease, and during the stabilization of the clinical condition the average pulmonary artery pressure was above norm, which, subsequently leads to structural and functional changes of the cardiovascular system

. Was conducted a single-center retrospective and prospective, non-randomized study to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment of 94 patients with destructive forms of pancreatitis, complicated by sepsis and acute lung injury. It was found that intensive therapy based on clinical recommendations, has allowed to survive in 35.2% of patients, including sepsis in 74.9% of cases, severe sepsis -19.5%, and in septic shock -19.3 % of cases. It was found that patients with destructive forms of pancreatitis complicated by septic shock and acute lung injury (when the initial average assessing the severity on scales APACHE II = 25,4 points, SOFA = 10,9 points, LIS = 3,6 points) death during the first 7 days was in 65.3% of cases.
The freguency of such complications as haemorrhagia per diabrosin, abscess of the retroperitoneal fat, gastrointestinal bleeding, pseudocyst, not related to the severity of sepsis in patients with destructive pancreatitis. However, in sepsis, the frequency of intestinal fistula was 25.9%, that increased the mortality.
In patients with sepsis and severe sepsis was revealed a trend toward high mortality depending on the number of surgical interventions: in reoperations mortality rate was 25.0% and 83.3%, respectively, and if three or more - 42.8% 85 7% respectively, in contrast to a single surgical intervention (16.6% and 60.0% respectively).

In the article were shown the results of complex treatment of 81 patients with purulent-necrotic complications of the diabetic foot. The targeted use of infusion therapy, advanced impregnated wound dressings, radical necrectomy and plastic of wound defects in patients with surgical correction of lower limb arterial blood flow can reduce the number of complications from 8.8 to 2.1%, and the treatment time - to 4-6 days.

The article presents the results of surgical treatment of nonsmall cell lung cancer in young patients. Five-year survival in young patients with adenocarcinoma was higher than in other age groups. Long-term results of treatment in young patients in I and III stages were better than those of middle and old age.

Is given a rare case of melanoma of the nasal mucous membrane, which caused difficulties in morphological differential diagnosis.

Here is presented a case of anaplastic large cell lymphoma in a pregnant woman with a fatal outcome. This pathology in pregnancy is rare and it is very difficult to verify the diagnosis, as at the obstetricians - gynecologists so at the doctors - oncohematologists. The absence of pathognomonic symptoms in case of lymphoma on the base of prey nancy often detected at an advanced stage and is a. cause of poor outcome.

The article presents a case of small bowel intussusception caused by a total lesion of the small intestine by leiomyosarcoma as multiple tumor formations of different diameters with exophytic growth.

The article presents data about the peculiarities of obtaining medical information and the difficulties of its perception by patients of elderly with hypertension. Are discussed the reasons of the lack in understanding of the information depending on the age and sex of patients. Most of the patients in the elderly and senile age receive information from medical professionals. About half of the respondents are not satisfied with the amount, and quality of the revived information.

The article identifies the key points of need to use of simulation model in the training process of the clinical departments to train graduate students in the emergency cardiological practice, the ability of modulators, experience in implementing of innovative technigues at the department of internal medicine number 1.

The paper presents the results of self-assessment in particular area of the Institute of Dentistry - Research Center for Innovative dentistry as a structural unit of the Krasnoyarsk State Medical University named after prof. V.F. Voyno- Yasenetsky for the period 2008-2012. Analysis of the activity of the structural unit was held by criterion number 7, "The satisfaction of work and study by faculty, staff and students" of the Rosohrnadzor competition "Quality Management System in training of graduates of higher education institutions", and showed the increasing of student motivation to learn from 3.9 to 4.3 points by improving the material-technical and educational support of the educational process.

A comparative study of some aspects of the dental health of students 1 and 3 courses of the Institute of Dentistry KrasGMU was carried out. As a result of preventive inspections it was revealed that to the level of dental health and hygienic oral care implement of the KrasSMU students of the Institute of Dentistry, had practically no influence the professional knowledge about the rules of personal hygiene.

In this lecture was noted the role of the physicians in primary health care - general practitioners (family doctors) in the timely diagnosis and treatment of mastopatia for the prevention and early detection of breast cancer, and gives an advanced understanding of the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical presentation, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mastopatia.

The history of the Krasnoyarsk Pediatric School is directly related to the history of the development of Pediatric Department, in 55-year-old chronicles of which was marked the special influence of the Moscow and Leningrad School of Pediatrics. The scientific ideas of the founders are successfully developing by the numerous students. The contribution of Krasnoyarsk scientists in the development of health care of younger generation, to the objectives of the national project of health care is difficult to overestimate.
Krasnoyarsk Pediatric School occupies a worthy place among Russian Pediatric Schools, this indicates the importance of research work for the public health care, medical technologies for prevention and treatment of common diseases in children, the introduction of modern teaching methods of training pediatricians and postgraduate improve of their knowledge.
