A. ; Research Institute for Complex Issues of Cardiovascular Diseases; swetlana.sap2@mail.ru Artamonova Galina V Dr.Med.Sci., Professor; Research Institute for Complex Issues of Cardiovascular Diseases; artamonova@kemcardio.ru Annotation The article highlights the actual aspects of the need for rehabilitation as a way to improve the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease and to return able-bodied citizens to the society after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Information about the stages of patients’ rehabilitation, possible difficulties of their implementation are being analyzed. It is noted that in Russia rehabilitation of cardiac patients lag behind the progress of cardiac surgery, it is reduced, there is loss of some stages, and / or their time periods. Moreover, rehabilitation programs are not available for a large part of operated patients; the article describes imperfection of legal and financial support for cardio-rehabilitation of patients in Russia that greatly reduces the potential effectiveness of conducted operations. Material and methods. 150 patients (75 males and 75 females) with ACS with STE are included. A molecular genetic study was carried out to determine SNPs in CYP2C19 * 2 (G681A), CYP2C19 * 17 genes (C4195T). In a year, the combined endpoints (CEP) evaluation was conducted. Primary CEP included cases of fatal cardiovascular events. Secondary combined endpoint covered patients’ revascularization due to medical indications and resumption of angina pectoris symptoms. While comparing genotypes, a chi-square test was used; while comparing two and three independent samples, Mann-Whitney test and Kruskal-Wallis analysis were used. Results. Frequencies of MDR1, CYP2C19 * 2, CYP2C19 * 17 genes genotypes in males and females with ACS with STE in Zabaikalsk Territory were determined. There were no differences in genotype frequencies between male and female groups. In females, there were differences in BMI between SS and CT genotypes in MDR1 gene (p = 0.014). Patients with SS genotypes are prone to ACO. Also, correlation between SS genotype and myocardial infarction (p = 0.001) was determined. In patients with GA and AA genotypes of CYP2C19 * 2 gene, PCI was more likely to precede (p = 0.028). CB was infarctdependent in patients with AA genotype (p = 0.003). Certain difference was found in BMI with CC and CT genotypes in CYP2C19 * 17 gene (p 0.0007) in females. BMI was 26.9 [24.0–30.4] with CC genotype, 31.1 [28.0–33.7] with CT genotype. The studied genes showed no correlation with clinical events in both male and female groups. Conclusion Thus, there were no statistical differences in prevalence of genotypes between male and female groups, however, different effects of genotypes of the studied genes in these groups are noted. In males, the effects of the studied polymorphisms to risk factors, anamnestic data, and outcomes, unlike in females, were not detected Keywords: cardiology, acute coronary syndrome with ST-segment elevation, MDR1, CYP2C19 * 2, CYP2C19 * 17, gender differences Comments Warning: mysqli_query(): (42S02/1146): Table 'site57.sys_comment' doesn't exist in /home/var/www/mirror/site/smr.krasgmu.ru/sys/phpsys/__db.php on line 10 Table 'site57.sys_comment' doesn't exist Warning: mysqli_query(): (42S02/1146): Table 'site57.sys_comment' doesn't exist in /home/var/www/mirror/site/smr.krasgmu.ru/sys/phpsys/__db.php on line 53 Table 'site57.sys_comment' doesn't exist Warning: mysqli_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be mysqli_result, bool given in /home/var/www/mirror/site/smr.krasgmu.ru/sys/phpsys/__db.php on line 33 Table 'site57.sys_comment' doesn't exist Warning: mysqli_fetch_assoc() expects parameter 1 to be mysqli_result, bool given in /home/var/www/mirror/site/smr.krasgmu.ru/sys/phpsys/__db.php on line 39 Table 'site57.sys_comment' doesn't exist Visits: 10140 Pozdnyakova O.N., Reshetnikova T.B., Bychkov S.G. structure of dermatoses INCIDENCE IN NEWBORNS AND INFANTS with COMPROMISED somatic HISTORY Pages: 81-86 Pozdnyakova ON, Reshetnikova TB, Bychkov SG. Material and methods. Skin patterns of hands’ distal phalanges of 409 boys and 511 girls were studied. Images of papillary patterns are obtained and processed by continuity block (CB) “Malahit”. Type of skin patterns (arch, radial loop, ulnar loop, curl), prevalence of patterns on each finger of the right and the left hand, their total amount was defined. Prevalence of dermatoglyphic phenotypes: 10L, LW, WL, ALW, AL was evaluated. To determine symmetry of papillary patterns the difference of delta accounts on symmetrical fingers of both hands was used. Local ridge on each separate finger, total ridge count for the right and the left hand, total ridge count was calculated. Results. Gender differences in distribution of various indicators of papillary patterns of the surveyed boys and girls were identified. The young men were characterized by higher frequency of helix pattern occurrence, great local ridge count. The number of girls patterned after ulnar loop and curve, dermatoglyphic phenotype 10L reached maximum value. The fewest symmetric papillary patterns are registered on the first fingers of both hands in boys compared with girls. Conclusion. Qualitative and quantitative indicators of papillary patterns of hands’ distal phalanges reflect sexual features of human body in adolescence, that can be used as sexual dimorphism markers among representatives of adolescence. Keywords: sexual dimorphism, skin pattern, dermatoglyphic study, adolescence, ridge count, dermatoglyphic phenotype. Yu. ; Krasnoyarsk Regional Centre for Medical Prevention; krascmp@yandex.ru Annotation The aim of the research is to study the role of enterprise managers and trade union organization managers in strengthening and preserving workers’ health. Material and methods. Questionnaires containing points related to the activities of enterprise managers and trade union organization managers in strengthening and maintaining health of workers were analysed, that included their influence on behavioural risk factors as well. Results. The information was received from 243 district enterprises, 52 % of which are industrial ones, 4% are engaged in agricultural activities and livestock, 20% are medical and educational institutions, 5% are research institutes and science and production associations, 19 % are non-production enterprises. Trade union organization is available in 73% of enterprises that provided the information. It was noted that at large enterprises the development and implementation of corporate program of health promotion and preservation is carried out both by enterprise management and by its trade union organization. Medical service is an integral part of preventive program implementation at the enterprise. Analysis of the provided material showed that the availability and type of medical service depends on enterprise size. All activities carried out in the field of strengthening and preserving workers’ health are aimed at reducing risk factors: organizing healthy diet, giving up smoking and drinking alcohol and maximizing physical activity. A number of preventive measures are being implemented at municipal level for health strengthening, promoting healthy lifestyles and doing sports. Conclusion. Employers’ potential in forming workers’ lifestyle is underestimated. While managers of large enterprises have financial resources for organizing effective recovery programs, small enterprises are very often deprived of this opportunity. Most employers and trade unionists do not have sufficient knowledge and information about principles and approaches for the implementation of health promotion programs for people working at enterprises. In this regard, organizing public health schools for managers is necessary. Material and Methods. 495 women were examined: 76 patients suffered from mild influenza, 178 – average influenza, 140 - severe influenza; 101 women were registered in a dispensary during pandemic influenza in 2009 in Chita city, at the same time, those who were healthy made a check group. Logistic regression analysis was performed in Biostatistics Center. Factors that showed the importance of a preliminary analysis were included in final model. Mathematical model for the predicting severe influenza in pregnant women was made by means of binary logistic regression method. Results. Development of severe forms of influenza was associated with late gestational age at the time of falling ill with influenza, with increasing of body mass index (BMI), with presence of cardiovascular system diseases, with lack of preventive measures. The contribution of factors included in the model was 91%, positive predictive value was 82%. Conclusion. The received formula (equation) of binary logistic regression can be used to predict the future course of pre-clinical influenza, that will be the basis for timely organizational and treatment measures.
