The aim of the research. To study the role of potential molecular markers of neuron-astrocyte interactions in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease (PD).
Materials and Methods. In the homogenates tissue and midbrain slices of rats with the rotenone model of Parkinson’s disease and in healthy controls, have been evaluated the levels of lactate, CD38 and Cx43 expression.
Results. It was found the significant increase in lactate concentrations, CD38 expression in dopaminergic neurons, astrocytes and microglia, and its co-expression with Cx43.
Conclusion. The data allows to suggest that development of PD is associated with alterations in NAD+ metabolism in communicating cells of neuronal and glial origin.

The aim of the research. To determine the significance of paroxysmal brain activity (PBA) in the progression of cognitive disorders inliguidators of Chernobyl accident.
Materials and methods. It has been done neuropsychological testing and EEC survey of 195 men aged 30 to 65 years, 105 of them are liguidators and 90 individuals without a history of radiation.
Results. The presence of interictal epidischarge on EEC is correlated with mild to moderate cognitive disorders, PBA with epi paroxysms - with moderate to severe cognitive disorders.
Conclusion. In the liguidators, living in the Altai region, forming of PBA contributes to more violations of integrative brain functions.

The aim of the research. To study dielectric properties of blood and its components in patients with stable stenocardia before aortocoronary shunting and after operation to reveal its connection with the ADP-dependent thrombocytes aggregation. Materials and methods. In 36 patients with stable stenocardia of II-III functional class (FC) were studied the dielectric properties of red blood cells, platelets, plasma and whole blood in the original Fourier spectrometer, was defined their relationship with the ADP-induced platelet aggregation.
Results. Were defined dielectric properties of blood, plasma, thrombocytes and red blood cells in patients with stable stenocardia before and after aortocoronary shunting by Fourier spectrometry. There are significant differences between the groups of patients with low and normal aggregation before surgery on Cole parameters for thrombocytes.
Conclusion. Dielectric characteristics of thrombocytes are correlated with the level of ADP-dependent thrombocytes aggregation.

The aim of the research. To evaluate the effect of intraoperative morphological characteristics of atherosclerotic plaques of carotid artery on the incidence of cardiovascular events in patients with multifocal atherosclerosis during the year after carotid endarterectomy. Materials and Methods. The study includes 156 patients subjected to carotid endarterectomy, was conducted a morphological analysis of atherosclerotic plaques and evaluated the annual forecast.
Results. Patients with the development of various cardiovascular events during the year after suffering interference, significantly more often had atherosclerotic plaques with hemorrhage and length more than 2 cm. Fibrous type of plaques had the patients with a favorable prognosis.
Conclusion. Atherosclerotic plaques with hemorrhage and length more than 2 cm are associated with unfavorable prognosis, fibrous - with favorable.

The aim of the research. To study the parameters of the central aortic pressure and pulse wave velocity in men with gout by the results of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM).
Materials and methods. The study involved 82 men with gout. All patients underwent clinical and laboratory examination. ABPM was performed by the appliancein BPLab («Peter TELEGIN", Russia), allows to analyze the parameters of arterial rigidity, indices of the peripheral and central aortic pressure.
Results. In patients with gout in combination with arterial hypertension (AH) was registered the increase of the central aortic pressure. In all patients, was found statistically significant increase in the central and peripheral pulse pressure, as well as indicators of aortic rigidity.
Conclusion. Patients with gout in combination with AH were distinguished by severity of the clinical course of the disease, multiple lesions of joints and frequency of acute attacks of arthritis compared to patients with gout without AH. Increasing of the pulse pressure indices and blood vessels rigidity in the studied patients is an independent prognostic important risk factor for cardiovascular complications.

The aim of the research. To study the quantitative indicators, parameters of phagocytic activity and chemiluminescence response of peripheral blood neutrophils in patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer before surgical treatment.
Materials and methods. The study involved 44 patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer at the age of 45-55 years old. Control group was consisted of 39 healthy donors. To determine the phagocytic index and phagocytic number were carried out the tests with latex particles and S. epidermidis culture. The assessment ofluminol - dependent chemiluminescence (ChL) of neutrophils was carried out by the method De Sole et al. (1983).
Results. In patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer was detected the increase of percentage and absolute number of neutrophils in the peripheral blood, were found phagocytic activity changes and the chemiluminescent response.
Conclusion. The observed changes reflect the functional-metabolic stress of neutrophilic granulocytes in patients with muscle-
invasive bladder cancer.

The aim of the research. To study the nature of deviations of body mass index (BMI), body composition and characteristics of students according to the bioelectrical impedance analysis.
Materials and methods. To 580 first-course students was conducted an anthropometric study, to the students with disabilities in body weight - bioelectrical impedance analysis.
Results. It was established that 14.48% of the students have deviations of body weight accompanied by deficiency, increased weight or obesity.
Conclusion. The girls with underweight were detected 6 times more often than boys. Analysis of the results showed the lowest values of the active cell mass, total liquid, basal metabolism in students with a deficit of body weight.

The aim of the research. To identify the constitutional features of women suffering from stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Materials and methods. All objects of the research was conducted anthropometric and somatotypical examination. Results. Patients with SUI - women - have greater weight, greater body surface and the higher values of anthropometry. These women are the only representatives of the hypersthenic type of physique by M. V. Chernorutskiy and endomorph - by L. Rees - H.J. Eisenk with marked signs of andromorfy, by index of sexual dimorphism J. Tanner.
Conclusion. Maximum susceptibility to the development of SUI have women of hypersthenic physique by M. V. Chernorutskiy, endomorph body by L. Rees - HJ Eisencku and masculine physique.

The aim of the research. To study the prevalence of tobacco use and motivation among the students of the first and final years of the Krasnoyarsk State Medical University and the Siberian Federal University.
Materials and methods. It was conducted a survey of 517 students of the first and final years in two universities of Krasnoyarsk. To the smokers was evaluated the degree of motivation to quit smoking, the degree of nicotine dependence, the type of smoking behavior.
Results. Among students of KrasSMU is observed the increase in the number of smokers to the final course, in contrast to SFU students. At 9,4 ± 5,2% is a high dependence. The main type of smoking behavior - to release the tension and desire to relax. Conclusion. The prevalence of smoking among students in higher schools in Krasnoyarsk is 13,9 ± 1,5%. Are smoking 13,8 ± 2,3% of the respondents in KrasSMU and 14,0 ± 2,0% of the respondents - in the SFU.

The aim of the research. To improve the detection of pathology of hearing in children of the first form in Krasnoyarsk by conducting audiological screening.
Materials and methods. A total of475 children were examined. As positive result was decided the hearing threshold in the frequency range from 250 to 8000 Hz 25 dB or more at any of the frequencies at one or both ears.
Results. A positive result was registered in 15.6% of the surveyed children. Noise in the ears noted 17.6% of children with normal hearing and 32.8% of children with hearing loss.
Conclusion: The results of the survey show that a large number of first-grade pupils (15.6%) have hearing loss.

The aim of the research. To study the dynamics of mortality in the Krasnoyarsk region from the blood circulation system diseases.
Materials and methods. It was used the information of GBUZ Medical Information-Analytical Center of Ministry of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Region and Territorial Authority of the Federal State Statistics Service of the Krasnoyarsk Region about the quantity of dead and the distribution by sex, age and cause of death in the period 2005-2012 years (Form C51), and the quantity of population with distribution by sex and age for the same years on Krasnoyarsk Region and the Russian Federation (form 2pH). Results. The general tendency of reducing mortality from this pathology in the Krasnoyarsk Region in the given period of time is not significantly different from similar indicators in the country. At the same time, in the Krasnoyarsk Region were detected quicker mortality reduce from cerebrovascular pathology, and conversely a slow reduce of this indicator from coronary heart disease. Conclusion. The data obtained can be used in the planning of preventive measures in patients with diseases of the cardiovascular system in the Krasnoyarsk Region.

The aim of the research. Analysis of the impact of smoking on the basic parameters of the functional state of the respiratory system and the severity of COPD.
Materials and methods. Were analysed of histories of male patients with COPD, treated in pulmonology center OKB № 4 in Chelyabinsk. Were evaluated the main risk factors for COPD, in particular the fact of smoking, experience and smoker index (IKCH). All patients had conducted a comprehensive clinical examination, which included clinical assessment complaint history, physical, laboratory and instrumental investigations. Was done pulse oximetry; ERF, total body plethysmography. Were analyzed correlations influence smoker index and smoking duration to the severity of COPD and FEV1 and m IT. Results. Cough is one of the most early respiratory symptoms of COPD, and has a significant increase in duration depending on the duration of the disease (r = 0,63, p <0,05) and COPD severity (r = 0,69, p <0, 05). As the duration of smoking increased, the severity of COPD has steady tendency to growth. As the duration of smoking and IKCH is increased, a significant progression of the severity of COPD and decrease in FEV1 is also increased.
Conclusion. Seniority of smoking significantly affect to the onset of respiratory manifestations of COPD and the deterioration of basic functional parameters of the respiratory system.

The aim of the research. Creating a mathematical model for predicting the development of chronic bronchitis in young adults. Materials and methods. Comprehensive survey was conducted in 1464 respondents who didn't have lung diseases and 136 patients with chronic bronchitis.
Results. The true prevalence of bronchitis is in several times higher than the official figures (9.6% vs. 2.3%). By the method of discriminant analysis were located markers of predicting the development of the disease: age, gender, professional factors. Conclusion. The presented model can be recommended to assess the possibility of developing the chronic bronchitis in patients younger than 45 years old.

The aim of the research. Development of formal rule in classifying the patients with chronic adenoiditis to the exact diagnostic and risk group for establishing prognosis.
Materials and Methods. In 388 children were studied 81 catamnestic, clinical and immunological parameters to assess the function of nasal breathing.
Results. Were identified 11 predictor variables. The total resistance to air flow is a leading clinical predictor, proved in classifying pattern of phenotypic traits, depending on the concentration of IL-1b, intreleykin-4 and tumor necrosis factor-а and determines the degree of pharyngeal tonsil.
Conclusion. Discriminant analysis makes it possible to determine conclusively the significance and predictive value of clinical and laboratory parameters in chronic adenoids in children.

This article describes a rare case of abnormal structure of the liver in patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis. During surgery it was revealed that the left and right hepatic lobes are located completely separately from each other. The separation of hepatoduodenal ligament occurred distally and appropriate structures of the ligament isolated fell into the left and right lobe of the liver.

The aim of the research. Analysis of the results of internal audits in the College of Pharmacy to improve the quality management system of the University.
Materials and methods. Was used GOST ISO 9001-2011. During the work were used the following methods: questionnaires, the method of expert estimates, rankings, comparisons, simple methods in quality management (Ishikawa diagram, Pareto chart, ABC analysis, checklist).
Results. Were identified potential causes of nonconformities, items GOST ISO 9001-2011 for checking in subdivisions of the
College, were offered the recommendations for improving the QMS of the College and the University as a whole.
Conclusion. Analysis of internal audits on various criteria using the simplest methods in quality management allowed to reveal
that QMS of the College of Pharmacy is developing, in general, effectively and meets the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011.
Existing work has practical application for improving the activities of the University.

The aim of the research. To define the ways of psychoprophylaxis the emotional burnout syndrome among teachers of high school based on the analysis of diagnostics results.
Materials and methods. Was used the questionnaire by V. Boyko "Emotional burnout". The sampling of teachers consisted of 60 persons. Statistical significant difference was assessed using Fisher's criterion.
Results. The proportion of teachers with different features of emotional burnout is rather high. Phase of tension is set at 26,6 ± 5,7% of teachers, the phase ofresistance - at 61,6 ± 6,2%, the phase of depletion - 33.3 0 ± 6,0%.
Conclusion. It is necessary not only to diagnosis burnout, but also monitor the psychological health of the teaching staff and the organization of phased preventive and corrective measures that promote successful overcome of professional stress and save the health.

The aim of the research. To study the development of emotional burnout syndrome among students of the 4th course at the Faculty of Clinical Psychology KrasSMU.
Materials and methods. We have developed and conducted the training for the prevention of emotional burnout among medical students. To assess its effectiveness has been used the technique for diagnosing the level of burnout by V.V. Boyko. Statistical analysis was performed using the Student t-test for dependent samples.
Results. Based on a qualitative analysis of participants comments can be considered that the training is sufficient to prevent the burnout syndrome.
Conclusion. The training is sufficient to prevent the emotional burnout syndrome in students and is recommended for the students of different specialties.
